Rules and Regulations - Spring into Better Health: Precision Nutrition Giveaway

Contest Overview:
The following rules and regulations pertain to the giveaway contest organized by Hyperion Exercise and Health (referred to as "the Organizer"). The contest is in compliance with Alberta and Canada rules and regulations.

Contest Duration:
The giveaway contest will take place on Monday, April 1st, 2024, running from 8:00 am - 11:59 pm MST on Friday, May 31, 2024 (referred to as "the Contest Period"). 

Eligibility:

The giveaway contest is open to all residents of Calgary, Alberta Canada, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Hyperion Exercise and Health are not eligible to participate in the contest.

Ways to Enter:
Participants can enter the giveaway contest through the following methods:

• Website Entry Form:
• Visit our website (https://www.hyperionhealth.ca/spring-into-better-health-giveaway-entry-form) to access the online entry form.
• Complete the online entry form with the following information:
• Full name
• Email address
• Date of Birth
• Location

Winner Selection:

• The winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received. 
• There will be one (1) winner. 
• Winners will be contacted via the contact information provided during entry (email). If a winner does not respond within 3 days, an alternate winner will be chosen.
• The winner must coordinate with the Hyperion Exercise and Health team two weeks in advance of prize redemption. 

Prizes:
The giveaway contest prizes include a Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test, a dietician consultation, and a personalized three- (3) month nutrition plan. The total approximate value of all prizes is CAD 600.

General Terms:

• By participating in the contest, participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, or violates the rules.
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
• The Organizer's decisions regarding the contest, including the selection of winners, are final and binding.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the contest at any time, for any reason.

Personal Information:

All personal information collected during the contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and informing participants about future offers and contests and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

Participant Photos:
By participating in the contest, participants agree that Hyperion Exercise and Health may take photos of contest participants for promotional purposes. These photos may be used in social media posts, website content, and other marketing materials related to the contest.

Legal Compliance:
The giveaway contest will be conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of Alberta, Canada.
