12- Week Metabolism + Yoga + Nutrition Program

Looking for a structured, evidence-informed way to lose weight and feel better without guesswork? This 12-week program combines yoga at Oxygen Yoga & Fitness (Sage Hill) with Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) testing and dietitian-led nutrition education from Hyperion Exercise and Health.


You’ll learn exactly how many calories your body burns at rest, how to set realistic nutrition targets, and how to build habits that actually stick, while staying active with consistent yoga practice.


What’s included


  • 12 weeks of yoga access at Oxygen (Sage Hill)
  • Move consistently, build strength and mobility, reduce stress, and support long-term adherence.
  • Resting Metabolic Rate (RMR) test
  • A quick 15–20 minute assessment is completed on-site at Oxygen during the first session. You’ll receive your RMR result, a clear interpretation, and nutrition targets.
  • Three dietitian-led group education sessions (60 minutes each)
  • Week 1: Intake & Orientation: goal setting, how to use your RMR results, and practical nutrition foundations
  • Week 6: Hormone Optimization + Weight Loss (Perimenopause/Post-Menopause Focus): evidence-informed strategies to support body composition, appetite regulation, and sustainable progress
  • Week 12: Maintenance Planning + Wrap-Up: how to transition out of “diet mode,” prevent rebound weight gain, and build a long-term plan
