Exercise and counselling are crucial components of the comprehensive rehabilitation and pain care program offered at Hyperion Exercise and Health. During your initial appointment, our highly skilled kinesiologists and exercise physiologists will conduct a comprehensive background and medical screening, along with assessing specific physical and psychological measures. This information will be used to ensure your safety and well-being as you progress through the rehabilitation program.

Throughout your treatment, we will regularly repeat necessary tests, make adjustments or advancements to your exercise plan, and provide expert counselling and guidance. Our dedicated team is committed to supporting you every step of the way.
