Clinical Grade Body Composition Testing
Why Body Composition Testing?
At Hyperion Exercise and Health, we use advanced body composition analysis to go beyond weight and BMI, providing precise insights into your fat mass, muscle mass, and overall metabolic health.
Body composition testing can help you:
✔ Track progress in fitness or rehabilitation programs
✔ Optimize weight management and nutrition strategies
✔ Identify health risks related to body fat distribution
✔ Improve athletic performance and recovery
By understanding the balance of muscle, fat, and water in your body, we can help you develop a personalized plan to achieve your health and performance goals. Hyperion gives you the data and tools to make informed decisions for a healthier, stronger you.
What to Expect?
Appointment: 30 minutes
Our BodyMetrix ultrasound body composition assessment provides a precise analysis of your fat mass, muscle mass, and overall body composition without the discomfort of calipers or radiation exposure.
During your appointment, we will conduct a thorough ultrasound scan at multiple body sites to accurately measure body fat and muscle thickness. This non-invasive assessment provides real-time data, helping you track changes over time with precision.
The initial session focuses on collecting and analyzing your body composition data. We will not discuss specific nutrition or training plans during this appointment—those will be addressed in follow-up sessions based on your results.
After the assessment, we will provide you with a detailed report of your body composition metrics and offer guidance on how to use this information to support your health and fitness goals. Ongoing support is available to help you track progress and make informed decisions about your training, nutrition, and overall health.
