Movement Assessment
Comprehensive Movement Screen to Prevent Injuries Before They Occur
Why a Movement Screen?
Using specialized assessments, including movement or video analysis, we will develop a customized exercise program focused on correcting movement deficiencies that may lead to injury or pain.
Movement assessments can be used to:
- Prevent injuries
- Reduce pain
- Improve performance
- Improve surgical outcomes
By focusing on whole-body movement, our movement assessment package will help you optimize your movement before issues arise.
Hyperion can give you the tools that you need to move better and feel stronger.
What to Expect?
Initial Appointment: 60 minutes
Follow-up Appointment: 30 minutes
Our movement assessments involve a thorough examination of your entire body's movement, which includes a comprehensive review of your injury history and exercise clearance. The data collected from this assessment will be utilized by our team to create a personalized program and training sessions for you.
During the assessment session, our primary focus will be on conducting a detailed evaluation of your movement, rather than covering exercise or movement technique. These topics will be addressed in subsequent follow-up appointments.
After the assessment, we will provide you with a tailored corrective exercise plan and continuous support to ensure constant progress and achieve desired results.
