Our comprehensive preventative health plan starts with a complete health screen, history, and exercise assessment. We determine your goals and develop an individualized exercise plan designed to improve your health and minimize lifestyle risk factors.

Although not mandatory, if available, please bring recent lab results (blood work, imaging, etc) to your appointment.
